What delivery services do you offer and how much do they cost?

The standard delivery charge is £5.99 which will arrive at any time during the day up to 7pm (weekdays only). The full list of our services is as follows:

Please note that orders containing "some" sample CDs apply a separate £5 delivery charge.

N.B.

All Delivery prices are for web orders only and are valid for shipments of up to 30Kg.

Rest of World price does not cover all countries and there are some countries we cannot send to for insurance reasons (in which case you can arrange to collect the goods yourself pending cleared funds).

If the delivery option you have specified is insufficient to cover your shipment, we will contact you before despatch to agree the correct charge.

Please note that if you order multiple items and some are out of stock, we will not ship your order until all items are in stock.

If you want your order to be part shipped then you will be charged separately for each shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duty and/or sales taxes etc in the country where they are being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable charges in their country. Prices on our site include VAT at 17.5% - we will deduct this for sales delivered outside the EU.

When can I expect to receive my goods?

For items that we have in stock (over 5,000 different products at any one time), we will despatch your order the same day, providing you order before 12 Mid Day (please note that this is not a guarantee, however we endeavour to meet this standard), Monday to Friday and your payment is authorised and security approved without delay. The goods will be delivered to you on the next working day, i.e. Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, unless you have paid for Saturday delivery, in which case the goods will arrive on the next Saturday.

If we do not have stock, we will contact you by email within one working day to let you know how long you can expect to wait.
